SUMMER INTENSIVE:
Summer classes will take place in the month of July.
Dates and times will be posted in June. 

COMPETITION AUDITIONS:
Auditions for competition will take place in August for ages 9+
Choreography for comp teams will begin in August. Dates and times coming soon.

Fall Schedule 2025 

Estimated time of completion for the Rec. Centre is September 2025. We will plan the classes accordingly. We are so excited to start dancing!

Acrobatics & Hip-Hop Classes are BACK! Starting in October for 6 weeks: Thursday: October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th & Nov. 6th 2025

5:00-5:30pm ages 3-5 / $75.00 per person for 6 weeks

5:30-6:30pm ages 6-8 / $100.00 per person for 6 weeks

6:30-7:30pm ages 9+ / $100.00 per person for 6 weeks

DGD Studios

The focus at Defying Gravity Dance is to teach any student, regardless of their experience or background, to reach their full potential as a dancer.

Allowing their creative process to grow at their own speed and providing safe opportunities to master and present their craft along the way.

Teaching various dance exercises and creating unique choreography weekly for all the students to practice and enjoy! DGD has students of various ages and dance levels from: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced to Pre-Professional Classes & Adult. 

Dance Styles: Acrobatics, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical & More.. 

Competitive, Performance & Recreational class options available for dancers. We also strive to keep updated schedules and classes each year based on student’s interest!
